Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday - Thursday by 5pm central time will be processed and shipped or ready for local pick up within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped or ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Once your order has processed you will be notified. You will be notified when your order has been fulfilled and is shipped or ready for pick up. Once your order has shipped tracking will be available.

Local pick up location is Creative Rewards. On Mondays-Thursdays orders can be picked up between 10:00am-5:00pm. On Fridays orders can be picked up between 10:00am-2:00pm.
